Delete your Oki account
You can delete your account and the server data whenever you want, in the app or by e-mail.
In the app
Open Profile › Account › Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from the account e-mail asking for deletion. We confirm by e-mail and finish within 30 days.
What is deleted
- The account and the login e-mail
- Medications, doses, meals, workouts, notes and photos stored on the server
- Share links, which stop working right away
What may remain
- The records on your phone, until you delete the app (in the app, deletion asks whether to erase them too)
- Subscription tax records, for the period required by law
- Usage events without health data, for the periods in the privacy policy
If you have an active subscription, also cancel it on the App Store or Google Play: deleting the account does not stop the store's billing.
