Show your coach the days they don't see
Your trainer sees you once or twice a week. The rest of the week is up to you: the run you squeezed in, the yoga class, the day you skipped because work ran late. Coaches can only adjust a plan if they know what actually happened.
Oki is a workout log to share with your personal trainer. Pick the type (walking, running, weight training, cycling, yoga, or your own custom activity), add the duration in minutes and the intensity: light, moderate or intense. Notes are there for anything else, like "knee felt tight on the stairs."
A simple exercise journal app, not a training plan
Oki logs what you did. It doesn't build workouts, prescribe sets or tell you how hard to push. That's your trainer's job, and Oki stays out of the way.
Because each entry is just type, minutes, intensity and notes, logging takes less time than tying your shoes. That's the point: a short, honest record you'll keep up for months beats a detailed one you abandon in week two.
Oki isn't a medical device and doesn't give health or fitness advice. If something hurts, talk to your trainer or a doctor.
One link for your coach
Create a link in Oki and send it by text, email or WhatsApp. Your trainer opens it in any browser, with no app and no account. They see today's activity and the history you allow.
You set the rules: include exercise only, or add meals too. Choose how many days back they can see and when the link expires. If you switch coaches, end the link with one tap.
A coach who uses Oki can follow several clients' links in the Following tab, all in one place, without paying anything.
- Opens in any browser, nothing to install
- You control what's included and for how long
- Following a link is always free
Working with a trainer and a dietitian?
Lots of people do. You can log meals in the same app, with the time, an optional photo and how you felt after, and decide which link shows what. Your trainer might see workouts and meals, while your dietitian sees only meals.
Logging workouts and meals is free. Creating share links, meal photos and full history are Premium, which starts with a 7-day free trial.

Frequently asked questions
How do I share my workouts with my personal trainer?
Log your sessions in Oki, create a share link and send it. Your trainer opens it in any browser with no app or account.
Does Oki create workout plans?
No. Oki only records what you did. Your trainer builds the plan.
What can I log in a workout?
Activity type (preset or custom), duration in minutes, intensity (light, moderate or intense) and notes.
Does Oki connect to Apple Health or Apple Watch?
Not at this time. Workouts are logged by hand in the app, which takes a few seconds.
Can I share meals with my trainer too?
Yes. When you create the link, you choose whether to include meals, exercise or both.
Does my trainer have to pay?
No. People who follow a link never pay. Creating links is part of Premium, with a 7-day free trial.
