Frequently asked questions

Why didn't I get the reminder?

Check in Profile › Notifications that permission is on. Focus, Do Not Disturb and Low Power Mode on the iPhone can also hold notifications back. Opening Oki now and then keeps reminders up to date.

What do "Waiting" and "Not logged" mean?

Waiting: the dose is due and hasn't been marked yet. After 30 minutes without a log it becomes Not logged. You can still mark it later, and it shows as taken late.

I forgot to mark a dose. How do I fix it?

Tap the dose on Today, or on the right day in History, and choose "Taken at another time". You can also skip it or undo a log.

What's the difference between pause, archive and delete?

Pause stops reminders for a while and you resume whenever you want. Archive removes the medication from Today but keeps its history. Delete erases the medication and its whole dose history.

How do I snooze a reminder?

On the next dose card on Today, tap "Snooze 10 min". A new reminder arrives in 10 minutes.

Is my data kept if I switch iPhones?

Yes, if you have an account: on the new iPhone, sign in with the same e-mail and your records come back, with meal photos from the last 120 days. Without an account, data stays on this device only; use Profile › Privacy and security › Export my data to keep a copy.

Delete your account

In the app, open Profile › Account › Delete account. The account and all server data are erased, and your links stop working. If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] from the account e-mail.
