Why the supplement routine is the first thing to slip

Nobody forgets a supplement on purpose. They just don't feel urgent. You skip one morning, then a weekend, and a month later the bottle is still almost full.

Oki is a vitamin reminder app built around how people actually take supplements. Add each one with its name, amount and time: vitamin D, omega 3, iron, magnesium, creatine, a probiotic or whatever is on your shelf. You get a reminder at that time, and if you don't mark it, Oki reminds you again at 15 and 30 minutes.

Schedules that match the label, not the other way around

Not everything is once a day. Some people take one supplement daily, another only on weekdays and another on Mondays and Thursdays. Some follow cycles, like a few weeks on and a week off. Oki supports all of these, plus every other day and specific days of the month.

Units work the way you'd expect. Capsules and tablets are counted as tablets. Liquid vitamin D can be set in drops, a syrup in ml, and there's IU too. If none fits, you can use a unit of your own.

The Today screen shows everything due that day in one list, so a quick look before breakfast tells you what's done and what's left.

  • Daily, chosen weekdays, cycles and more
  • Tablets, drops, ml, IU or a custom unit
  • Medications and supplements in the same routine

A supplement tracker that tells you when to rebuy

Running out is the other way routines break. With Premium stock control, you enter how much is in the bottle, and each "Taken" counts it down. Oki estimates how many days are left and shows a warning on the Today screen before you run out, so you can reorder while there's still a week's worth.

Your history calendar shows which days you took everything, which is handy if you're curious whether you've been as consistent as you think. Free history covers the last 14 days, and Premium keeps all of it. Premium starts with a 7-day free trial.

Oki reminds. It doesn't recommend.

Oki doesn't tell you which supplements to take, how much or what they'll do for you. It makes no health claims about any product, and it isn't a medical device. That conversation belongs with your doctor or a registered dietitian, especially if you also take prescription medications.

Once you know what you're taking, Oki helps you actually take it. Reminders are free forever, with no ads and no selling of your data.
