Between appointments is where the real work happens

Most of the change you work on with a dietitian or nutritionist happens in the weeks between visits. Then the appointment comes and you're trying to remember what you had for dinner last Tuesday.

Oki is a simple food journal app to share with your dietitian. Each entry has the meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and so on), the time, an optional photo and a quick note on how you felt after: felt good or didn't feel good. Add a note if something stood out.

It takes a few seconds per meal, which is what makes it possible to keep going.

No calorie counting, on purpose

Oki doesn't count calories or macros, and it doesn't plan diets. There's no database to search and no numbers to hit. If your dietitian wants that level of detail, they'll use their own tools.

What Oki gives them is context: what you ate, when you ate it and how it sat with you. Many professionals find that more useful than a perfect spreadsheet, and many clients find it much easier to keep up.

Oki doesn't replace your dietitian or give nutrition advice. It just makes sure they see the real picture.

Share your food log with one private link

When you're ready, create a link and send it by email, text or WhatsApp. Your dietitian opens it in any browser. They don't need the app or an account, and following the link costs them nothing.

You choose what goes on the link: meals only, or meals plus medications or exercise. You also decide whether meal photos appear, how many days of history are visible and how long the link lasts. You can end it anytime.

  • Meal photos show only if you allow it
  • Pick the history window, like the two weeks since your last visit
  • Links are random and not indexed by search engines

What's free and what's Premium

The meal log is free forever. Meal photos, creating share links and full history are part of Premium, which starts with a 7-day free trial. The free version shows your last 14 days.

If you also take supplements or medications, you can set reminders for them in the same app and choose whether to include them on the link.
